SEA Parish Picnic

St. Elizabeth Ann Parish picnic is Sunday August 27th. We hope to see everyone there! We are looking for volunteers for many different areas. You can sign up for these in the foyer of St Elizabeth Ann following all masses.

~Home and School Association

Welcome back to another school year! Thank you to all of those who attend our New Family Potluck and our First Day Coffee. Also thank you to those who coordinated those events: Jen List, Meg Davis, and Shasta Wragge. 

 

Please remember to turn in your Directory/Classroom Contribution form (on green paper) by the 31st. Even if you do not plan to contribute to the classrooms please return it as we use this form for our directory.

Our first Dine Out Night for SJS is on Wednesday August 23rd at Jimmy Johns (108th and Maple) from 3pm -8pm -Make sure to mention SJS when ordering.

 

The first Home and School meeting will be on Wednesday September 6th at 7pm at St. Elizabeth Ann Parish Center - All are welcome!

 

If you did not receive your H&S blue bag on welcome night let the school office know.

 

Please feel free to add yourself to the parents Facebook page. Search for "Parents of SJS" click join and once admin verifies you are a parent of a child at SJS you will be added. This is a great place to find out upcoming events and just ask questions.

Community News

 

~St. James Children’s Liturgy Committee is looking for volunteers to help.  You must be Safe Environment certified.  If you are interested please contact Phil or Karla Burris @ broncojames69@yahoo.com.

 

~Cubscouts Come run with our pack!  Cub Scout Pack 380 will have our kickoff carnival, Friday, August 25 at 7pm in the St James/Seton Gym.   Cub scouts is open to all boys kindergarten through 5th grade even if you haven’t tried it before!   Den meetings will start in September. Dues are $80 for the first boy of the family, $70 for second, $60 for each one after two.  Lions (kindergarteners) are $50.     This year we have a new closed facebook group to keep our families updated.  Cub Scouts Pack 380 of SJS (https://www.facebook.com/groups/262720294225529/)
